Hospitality by Hannah, LLC was founded in August of 2019, opening our doors in January of 2020. Hannah graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 2014 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Administration. Hannah has been working in the hospitality industry professionally since 2013 while she worked her way through college. Her friends and family, however, will tell you that she has been planning parties since the time she could talk.
A customized pineapple design was selected as our logo because it represents a warm welcome which is exactly how you want your guests to feel. Here is the meaning behind the symbol:
“The pineapple is recognized as a traditional expression of ‘welcome’ throughout the South and in areas along the Eastern Seaboard. Appearing on all sorts of décor – from door knockers to quilts – the fruit symbolizes those intangible assets we appreciate in a home: warmth, welcome, friendship, and hospitality.”
