Wedding Set-up: $800

  • My DIY set-up team will take your vision, and your items, and put them together for your picture-perfect event.
  • Required: vision meeting, detailed photos of your items/design, and venue walk-through

Wedding Tear-down: $500

  • Quick and Clean Tear-down Services: basic cleaning (as described by the venue’s closing duties rules) and packing up of your decor. Must be picked up by the client – HbyH will not transport items.

Wedding Set-up and Take-down Special: $1,200

  • ALL packages include unlimited talk, text, and email communication. But, please allow your planner time to sleep 😉

  • Package rates are calculated for travel within a 30-mile radius. For travel exceeding 30 miles one-way, additional fees will be charged.

  • Events exceeding one year during the planning stage are subject to price adjustments.

  • All deposits are non-refundable. If your event is canceled you will not be responsible for the remainder of your package price, but the deposit will be forfeited.

* For off site-meetings with planner present, mileage will be added accordingly using the current government rate.
