  • Set-up: $600 Add $50 per hour if service exceeds 4 hours. (Can add to any package.)
  • Tear Down: $300 Add $50 per hour if service exceeds 2 hours. (Can add to any package.)
  • $800 Package price only applies if Set-up and Tear Down are booked together.

Power Package: $1,250

  • One month coordination

360 Planning Package: $4,500

Bar Server Add-on Package: $300

Packages can be modified to include Bar Server duties by request. This additional fee includes up to 4 hours of service in excess of any package.

  • ALL packages include unlimited talk, text, and email communication. But, please allow your planner time to sleep 😉

  • Package rates are calculated for travel within a 30-mile radius. For travel exceeding 30 miles one-way, additional fees will be charged.

  • Events exceeding one year during the planning stage are subject to price adjustments.

  • All deposits are non-refundable. If your event is canceled you will not be responsible for the remainder of your package price, but the deposit will be forfeited.

* For off site-meetings with planner present, mileage will be added accordingly using the current government rate.
